1. Editor's words: Journey of love
At some point in our lives we've all embarked on a journey
of some kind. It may have been a family retreat,
a weekend getaway or an exploration of the rainforest.
The excitement usually builds the closer we get to our
journey's destination. We conjure up images of how
delightful this place will be.
For full measure we take in all the 'little' things we
notice along the way: the jokes shared while driving,
the population of a small town along the way or the
twists and turns of a dirt road.
Even if we have been to this destination at least once,
and know that not much would have changed there,
the journey is always a unique experience.
So also with love, the journey along the road that takes
us to that special someone is a very unique experience.
What makes this happen? Well, probably a combination
of things: You remember when and how you first met,
the first dance, dinner together etc.
In the end these images form what is a truly unique
experience between two people which can never be
replicated… so bask in the knowledge that your journey
of love is so special that it can never be repeated.
