"Soon", by Cammie (Second)
Is soon just a word?
Used as a measure of time?
How then can thoughts of soon,
lift the spirit and evoke a smile?
So simple,
Soon is not just a measure alone,
but a word cloaked with promise.
"Soon", brings new hopes to my life.
"Soon" means I am still surviving,
Life hasn't let me down,
Affirms that my heart yet still lives.
For soon, I will find the one,
that my heart will touch,
and who will touch my heart.
