He's in my mind
He's in my thoughts
He makes me laugh, with his charm
He makes me warm, with his presence
He makes me happy, with his smile
He makes me love, with his words
For his love, sweetness, and honesty
I have an infinite amount of respect
As the days go by, I can feel it
Our trust, our bond, grows stronger
Feeding off of our desire.
To know the ins and outs of one another
I never thought it would come to this
But love, once again, is taking its toll
On the worn and rugged path
Which has been crushed by trespassers
My heart is in his warm inviting hands
Even though he is unaware
I hide my feelings from reality
Thinking, hoping, I'll get through it unsigned
But no matter how much I hide
I still must face the undying truth
He's in my mind
He's in my thoughts.
